What a nice weekend, plenty of sport on the TV and great weather for
the time of year so busy with plenty of outside jobs! Just before I start clearing the paperwork
following the end of a busy October and all the move in’s from Saturday I have
had my usual look a what is new to the market that might make a good investment
It didn’t take me long to come across this one being marketed by Northwood which doesn’t
look like it needs much work, possibly a lick of paint and general tidy up and
it could soon be rented out. Rent should
be in the region of £465pcm and depending on what you end up paying for you
should get at least a 7% gross yield.
